How delivery is calculated
The delivery fee is calculated on the order subtotal. Standard delivery is free when that subtotal is above GH₵1,000. At exactly GH₵1,000 or below, the standard delivery fee is GH₵50.

Use a complete delivery address, a useful landmark or digital address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
If access to your location is restricted or the item needs special handling, contact us with the product details before ordering.
Estimated delivery dates
The standard estimate is 2–5 business days. The date range shown with your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed appointment.
The current estimate counts weekdays and excludes weekends. Public holidays, availability and delivery conditions may affect timing.
Tracking and changes
Use your order page to check the latest recorded status. Have your order reference ready when requesting an address or timing change.
Contact us as soon as possible if your address or phone number is incorrect. Changes depend on the progress of the order.

Is an order of exactly GH₵1,000 eligible for free delivery?
No. Free standard delivery applies above GH₵1,000. The standard fee at GH₵1,000 or below is GH₵50.
Can I choose collection instead?
Scheduled collection is free. Choose it during checkout and wait for the Ready for collection status before travelling.
